HWM Engineering was founded on the belief that heavy industrial clients deserve a single, accountable partner across the full delivery chain — not a fabricator who hands off to an installer who hands off to a machine shop. That philosophy has shaped everything about how the company is built.

Today, HWM is a fully integrated engineering, design, fabrication, precision machining and construction services company operating from Ingleburn, NSW, with national delivery capability across metropolitan, regional and remote locations. We specialise in OEM and custom-engineered attachments, accessories and heavy industrial equipment for Tier 1 clients across mining, earthmoving, mineral processing, rail, oil & gas, steel, process industries and heavy industrial sectors.

HWM delivers end-to-end solutions across the full asset lifecycle — from concept development, feasibility and detailed engineering through to fabrication, machining, installation, commissioning, maintenance and refurbishment. Core scopes include structural steel, pipework, pipe supports and racks, platework, precision-machined components, tanks, pressure and vacuum vessels, silos, bins, heat exchangers and specialised equipment.

Critical-tolerance machined components, OEM attachments, accessories and custom-engineered equipment are produced in HWM’s workshop alongside the fabricated assemblies they integrate with. His experience spans Tier 1 engineering consultancies, owner’s teams and fabrication and construction organisations, providing end-to-end leadership across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and operational integration. This is complemented by deep hands-on expertise in SMP engineering, advanced piping and pipe stress analysis, structural and mechanical integrity verification, constructability and multidiscipline delivery for technically complex, safety-critical facilities.

Proven full-cycle delivery of major and First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) industrial projects — refineries, gas pipeline infrastructure, lithium process plants, water infrastructure and heavy industrial facilities valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
