Our capability encompasses the design, fabrication, and installation of process piping systems for water, slurry, gas, chemicals, compressed air, and industrial process services. We manufacture shop-fabricated pipe spools, pipe supports, pipe racks, valve stations, and piping assemblies from our Ingleburn NSW facility, supported by experienced site teams for installation, tie-ins, testing, and commissioning across metropolitan, regional, and remote locations throughout Australia.
HWM also specializes in the design and manufacture of skid-mounted process systems and modular plant packages, providing fully integrated solutions that combine structural steel, piping, mechanical equipment, instrumentation, and control interfaces into a single factory-assembled and tested package. Our experience includes pump skids, metering skids, filtration systems, NF and HPRO skids, chemical dosing systems, process modules, utility skids, and custom-engineered packaged plant solutions.
All fabrication activities are undertaken under ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and AS/NZS ISO 3834-2 welding quality requirements, with full weld traceability, quality documentation, Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs), pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning support. Through the integration of engineering, fabrication, and construction disciplines, HWM delivers safe, reliable, and cost-effective process systems that minimize site installation time and improve project delivery outcomes.
